We are so happy to be part of your aerial journey. Each person's aerial journey looks different, and we are ready to help you discover what yours will be!

Getting Started with Sky Craft:
Everyone who trains with us must have an account in VAMP, our studio management software.
This system is how you will register for classes, sign up for workshops, and pay for things.
If multiple members of a family will be training at Sky Craft, we recommend creating a Family account. Family managers can act on behalf of other members, which is useful especially for parent/child relationships.
Everyone who trains with us must also have a waiver on file.
Payments Methods:
Sky Craft accepts a variety of payment methods, some with processing fees and some without.
Payment methods without fees:

Cash in hand at the studio. If you would like to use this payment method, please pre-register for your lessons online using the IOU payment feature on the payment page.

Check made out to Sky Craft, either brought in person or mailed to the studio (Please contact us to find out a good time to come by and drop off your payment). Please write on the memo line what the check is for and which student, if not the person whose name is on the check. Returned checks will incur a $15 fee. If you would like to use this payment method, please pre-register for your lessons online using the IOU payment feature on the payment page.
Payment methods with fees:

A 4% fee will be added to all PayPal and Credit/Debit transactions, and is mandatory for amounts over $50. If you wish to avoid transaction fees in general, we suggest using one of the fee-free methods to put money into your VAMP Prepaid account and then pay out from there.

Credit card payments are accepted via VAMP. You have the ability to store a credit card in the system for ongoing use. You may opt out of the 4% fee for smaller transactions.

PayPal payments are accepted via VAMP. As with credit cards, we appreciate it if you opt into the 4% fee on all transactions.
On your personal VAMP account only PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, and IOU payment methods are available. Use the IOU payment feature if you wish to pay with cash or check. Cash & check payment options can only be accessed by Sky Craft's admin account. You may save a credit card with your VAMP account; this data is stored securely via Stripe and can only be accessed by you or a studio administrator.
VAMP Prepaid Account:

You may pre-pay for lessons, drop-ins, open gym, etc by using VAMP’s “Add to Account” feature. These funds never expire and can be used to pay for classes, workshops, camps, and merch. Refunds and credits go into this account unless otherwise explicitly arranged. Account funds may be transferred among family members.
